When it was snowing I walked by Westminster Bridge and saw movement across the heavy green cast-iron arches, and Big Ben amongst the wide bricked Houses of Parliament. A moment in time that could be captured in my print series. The sky in Late Afternoon was reflected in the Thames as a purple blue hue.
